Rongsheng Refractory is committed to the development, promotion and application of new refractories, new technologies and new products. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a scientific and technological enterprise in Henan Province. At present, Rongsheng has two municipal engineering technology research centers, Zhengzhou High-Temp Refractory Engineering Technology Research Center and Zhengzhou CFB Boiler Refractory Engineering Technology Research Center. Rongsheng's products have successively passed the certifications of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system.

Rongsheng takes the development of advanced refractory materials such as functional, special, energy-saving, long-life and environment-friendly materials as its direction, comprehensively promotes the development of environmental protection, energy-saving and emission-reducing, new and efficient refractory industries, and and improve the development level of new refractory materials such as common basic materials, new functional materials, advanced structural materials, and high-performance composite materials. Relying on the construction of a technological innovation platform, intensify the promotion and demonstration of new processes, new technologies, and new materials, and enhance the competitiveness of domestic refractory products in the international market.

Rongsheng currently has more than 50 professional and technical personnel, including more than 20 people with intermediate and senior titles. Rongsheng also cooperates with Zhengzhou University High Temperature Materials Research Institute and Henan University of Science and Technology High Temperature Materials Research Institute and other universities and research institutes. Rongsheng organizes more than 20 scientific research and development projects every year, such as new product development, process technology research, energy saving and consumption reduction, and has achieved dozens of scientific and technological achievements with independent intellectual property rights and core technologies.

R&D EQUIPS

Rongsheng's R&D laboratory has complete R&D facilities and a complete R&D system. It has a variety of small-scale refractory material test equipment, large-scale test equipment with pilot test capabilities, physical performance testing equipment at room temperature and high temperature, and performance test equipment for large materials.
