The α-βAl2O3 bricks, specifically designed for float glass furnaces, contain ≥94% Al2O3 and are composed of 45-55% α-Al2O3 and 45-60% β-Al2O3. They offer outstanding erosion resistance against glass liquids below 1350°C and exhibit excellent wear resistance, making them the ideal material for the working areas of large melting furnaces.
